Stijgende prijs van appartementen in 2024: schijn bedriegt

Op basis van de prijzen van residentieel vastgoed in 2024 blijft het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest het duurste gewest. In het Brussels Gewest hebben 80 % van de vastgoedverkopen betrekking op appartementen. De mediane prijs* daarvan bedroeg 260.000
